i ordered a mixed arrangement of flowers for my wife as a welcome home, surprise gift after she returned from a ten day family visit in California. We can honestly say this arrangement is the most magnificent arrangement we have ever seen. Thank you to the artists at WOW!

Ellen Greenberg saved me on my wedding!!! I found out a week before the wedding that my bouquet wasn’t ordered. The reason din’t matter at that point. I had to fix it and called to this shop as my first option. Bouquet was so beautiful and fresh exactly how I wanted! It survived 5 hour trip and It was in my room for the next two weeks as a reminder about that special day. Ellen, thank you so much!!! You’re the best guys!!!

We live in FL and our daughter is in Alpharetta GA. We prefer to call a local florist vs going on line. They outdid themselves—Wow! Flowers and balloons were gorgeous, colorful and fun-even incorporated her fav colors (teal and blues). Delivery was great! Thank you!

Absolutely stunning. My hubby surprised me with a lovely bouquet that was custom arranged by the lady upfront. He chose a single flower based on my favorite color and she added on to that. Support your local floral shops because they will always have the best flower arrangements.

***UPDATE #3*** 3/18/2025 Still using Wow floral for 8 years, and they are still the absolute best! I order flowers for my wife at least 3-4 times a year, and they are always spectacular! Back up to 5 Stars!!! ***UPDATE #2*** I've been using Wow Floral for +4 years now, and sadly have to take 1 star away due to them forgetting to deliver a bouquet to my wife on our anniversary. I called +48 hours in advance, but they never got delivered. The owner was very apologetic when I called to ask where the flowers were at; sounded like they honestly forgot, unfortunately. ***UPDATE*** 8/19/2018 I just wanted to update my original review from 2017 to share that I've used Wow Floral at least half a dozen times now, and they continue to impress me with their flowers. I've ordered all sorts of bouquets for my wife, and every time they are stunning! They always deliver on time and always make very unique designs; I'm always asking my wife to send me a picture of their latest creation because they are always different in the best way. They are delivered with a lot of bloomed flowers, but even days later, we keep finding new ones that have bloomed. I attached another picture of the latest bouquet. Wow Florial is AWESOME! ---Original Review 2017--- I have been a long time Alpharetta Flower Market customer, but decided to try out Wow Floral due to AFM accidently charging me an additional $90 and taking 2+ weeks to refund. I'm glad the unfortunate circumstance caused me to look elsewhere. I talked to Ellen (I believe the owner) on the phone; told her my idea for an anniversary bouquet to be delivered to my fiance, and she was extremely nice and patient with me. The flowers were delivered on time, and I even received a text from Ellen, confirming exactly when they were delivered! The flowers are absolutely gorgeous (see picture)! My mother contacted them (from outside the country) for a birthday flower arrangement. They not only delivered a magnificent piece of art, they completely nailed the requests she had for the arrangement and brought over the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen. The flowers, the colors, the combinations of greenery - hands down y’all knocked it out of the park! Made my birthday an even better one! Thank you!!

I called from out of state to order flowers for my friend in the hospital. I asked for a cheerful big bouquet and she made an exquisite arrangement. The flowers were so fresh and modern. They went above and beyond to help me get the flowers to her. My friend was already discharged before they were delivered and they rerouted to her home for me. That’s truly good service. I highly recommend WOW Floral Design Studio. One more thing, she took this last minute order and delivered it 15 miles away. Thank you WoW.

I don’t typically leave reviews but this experience was above and beyond. Ellen helped me order flowers for my mother’s birthday from across the state. She made the experience SO smooth and easy. She was also so flexible and timely! I loved that they had flexible pricing and I was able to choose my own price point. She sent me photos of the flowers before hand to verify I liked them, and even kept everyone involved updated throughout the day with when they were ready. I will be ordering more for Mother’s Day, Valentines, etc. I highly recommend using this shop if you aren’t sure who to use! Thanks again Ellen!

Ellen was amazing. She didn't have exactly what I wanted on her website, but she said she could make an arrangement for a funeral for me similar to a picture I sent her. Her results were spectacular and exceeded the beauty of the picture I sent her. She followed up with a picture of her results and made a timely delivery. Do not use 1-800-Fl******! Use WOW Florist! You'll understand then how they got their name!
